Winemaking:  How production choices shape wine quality and style. Wines of the World: In-depth study of the major regions and grape varieties. Sparkling Wines: Champagne, Cava, Prosecco, Sekt and New World sparkling. Fortified Wines: Port, Sherry and Muscat. Wine Service: Food pairing, faults, storage and professional communication.
