About WSET Level 2 in Wine WSET Level 2 in Wine is an internationally recognised qualification designed for students who already have a basic understanding of wine. It is suitable for wine-interested consumers who wish to broaden their knowledge and make more confident wine choices, as well as for those considering or working in the wine trade. Students are responsible for purchasing the wines themselves for the tasting sessions each week. Approx wine budget 5000 kr.  The weekly tastings are structured and guided , and are used as a learning tool to support discussion and understanding.   Exam and certification T he course includes a 60-minute multiple-choice exam of 50 questions . No tasting skills are required to pass level 2 in Wine.   We offer various exam dates both as a classroom exam and digital.  Course participants may register for any WSET Level 2 in Wine exam on our 2026 exam schedule.  Students receive a copy of our exam schedule upon registration.  The exam fee for the classroom exam is included in the course fee.  Read here  for more information   On successful completion, students receive the WSET Level 2 in Wine certificate and pin .
